Agreement

Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended conditions for access to Jawadpir Backup Manager, an administrator-only utility currently under development.

Important: This website is informational only. It does not provide a working backup service, an administrator login, or any assurance that the planned utility is ready for production use.

1. Authorized administrative use

The planned utility may be used only by administrators who are expressly authorized to manage the relevant application, database, media, Google account, and recovery materials. It is not intended for public or end-user access.

2. Development status

Descriptions of backup creation, Google Drive upload, encryption, verification, retention, monitoring, and restoration refer to planned functionality unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing on this website is a representation that these capabilities have been deployed, approved by Google, or independently certified.

3. Administrator responsibilities

  • Use only accounts, systems, and data for which the administrator has authority.
  • Protect Google OAuth access, recovery keys, application keys, and administrator credentials.
  • Review permission scopes and revoke access when it is no longer required.
  • Maintain separate recovery documentation and test restoration in an isolated environment.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, security, retention, employment, and data-protection obligations.

4. Google Drive integration

The planned integration is intended to use administrator-authorized Google OAuth access and the limited Google Drive drive.file permission. Use of Google Drive is also governed by Google’s applicable terms, policies, account controls, storage limits, and service availability.

5. Backup and recovery limitations

No backup should be treated as recoverable merely because an archive exists. Administrators must confirm encryption, checksums, upload completion, manifest consistency, key availability, and a successful isolated restore. Network failures, account suspension, storage limits, revoked authorization, corrupted data, or lost keys may prevent backup or restoration.

6. Prohibited use

The utility must not be used to access data without authorization, bypass security controls, expose credentials, interfere with production services, distribute personal data improperly, or misrepresent an unverified snapshot as a tested recovery point.

7. Availability and changes

Because the utility is under development, its design may change and it may never be made generally available. Features may be revised, limited, suspended, or withdrawn to address security, reliability, legal, or operational requirements.

8. No affiliation or endorsement

Jawadpir Backup Manager does not claim government affiliation, Google approval, or endorsement by any public authority. References to Google Drive describe a planned technical integration only.

9. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website and any future development build are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular recovery objective, or compatibility with every environment. Production use should follow independent technical, security, and legal review.

10. Privacy

The planned handling of Google Drive authorization and encrypted backup data is described in the Privacy Policy. Administrators should review it before authorizing any future integration.
